What Services are Offered

Hospice professionals and volunteers are specially trained and dedicated to provide skilled medical and supportive care.

Services include, but are not limited to the following:

Physician directed care
Pain and symptom control
Skilled nursing visits
Health aides to assist with personal care
Coordination of medical equipment and supplies
24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week on call nurse availability
Patient/family education and instructions on care
Consultation and visits by Hospice team professionals as needed: Physician, Social Worker, Chaplain, Dietitian, Therapist (physical, occupational, speech), Pharmacist
Volunteers to support patient and family
Bereavement follow-up for 13 months
